ORDER PROCESSING AND INFO:
We ship through USPS and are located in MA. Once we receive your order, please allow 5-10 days for it to arrive in your mailbox. Shipping time is determined based on your location and how busy we are with orders. Once your order has been packed, you will be provided with a tracking number to follow your order online.
We do not seperate each part into different bags, however new pieces will be seperated from used. If you have a special request for how you would like your order to be packed please let us know in the order notes!
New and Used Part Criteria:
USED: All of our used inventory is checked for any blemishes/damage before being added to the store. The used parts are cleaned to the best of our ability to ensure the best experience when you recieve your order.
NEW: All of our new inventory is placed directly into storage after being taken out of the original packaging. Our new parts are never assembled or tampered with before being sold to the buyer.

SHIPPING:
All orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS).
Most orders will be shipped within 24 hours depending on order size.
Once the order is in posession of the sender, Classic Brix is no longer responsible for any damage that may be pontentially caused to the product(s) during shipment unless the buyer purchased shipping insurance at checkout.
